1. Reservation must be made at least one week before arrival with the following information: -
   • Name as per passport, Passport Number, Identity Card Number, Nationality, Gender
   • Date of travel and departure
     
     
2. Payment
   • 50% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation, balance payment 1 month before arrival
   • Payments are non transferable
   • Public holidays or long weekend to be paid in full upon confirmation of booking.
   • Booking is not confirmed until payment is acknowledged received.
   • Payment can be made via telegraphic transfer, cheque/ cash deposit to the following: -

3. Cancellation
   • DEPOSIT: 50% OF INVOICE/QUOTATION UPON BOOKING.
• FULL PAYMENT DUE 30 DAYS BEFORE DATE OF ARRIVAL
• FULL PAYMENT is required if reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival date. 
• IF FULL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED 30 DAYS BEFORE DATE OF ARRIVAL
  BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED AND DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED ACCORDINGLY (see as follows).
• 30% FORFEITED if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival date.
• 50% FORFEITED if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
• 80% FORFEITED if cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival date.

• NO REFUND IF CANCELLATION IS MADE LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE.
• NO REFUND FOR NO SHOW.
• STRICKLY NO REFUND FOR ANY PART OF PACKAGE NOT UTILISED.

 

4. Surcharge (applicable to agents only)
   A minimum of RM 150.00 will be charged for any accompanying agent(s) or instructor(s) per person, if the number of paying guest is 4 (four) or below.

5. Child
   • 1- 2 years old (FOC)
   • 2- 12 years old 30% off our published rates

All divers are to sign a waiver form before conducting any diving or any diving courses.

1. All divers are to give proof of certification upon request, to show certification card and dive log.
2. Dive Masters and Instructors must show proof of certification when conduct dive mastering and dive courses at the dive base.
3. The dive base has the right to ban any divers, Dive Master, Instructors for any further diving related activities in the event of any dive safety violation or any dive practices deemed unsafe or endangering to the environment.
4. Non-utilised services are non refundable.
